No Reception

Hi, before joining I did a full coverage check to ensure I could get good reception, unfortunately since joining I get one bar and most of the time I have zero bar reception. I am getting by with using wifi calling but my phone and my partners are draining their batteries daily due to the phone constant looking for a mobile signal. I was hoping it was a one off and that the service was down in my area but nothing has changed, not happy 😞

Coverage checkers are not accurate, especially indoors. It is here Virgin differs from EE in that they do not have access to 800MHz 4G which is better indoors

The OFCOM checker is a bit better
