No Reception since Tuesday

I have had poor reception since Tuesday. I have rebooted and connected . My data keeps connecting to 3g instead 4. Checker shows no faults.

Which checker did you use and is your phone running on EE or Vodafone?

I've spoken to Virgin. They informed me of a network migration to Vodafone. This explains why I can't even use my data when out because I left vodafone for Virgin due to poor network coverage. Looks like I'll have to find another provider now.

Hi I used the checker in my App. Was running on EE now migrated to vodafone. This explains my issue because Vodafone previously could not provide me with coverage indoors. So my issue will not get any better.

I am so sorry to hear that our network migration to Vodafone has impacted your mobile service this way. I understand this is not ideal for you at all to have no access to data when you are out due to poor network coverage.
