No Mobile Signal or Data

I’ve had barely any mobile signal, and no data, for the last three weeks.  This isn’t just happening at home.  No signal means calls are going to voicemail but I then can’t access them!  I’ve tried calling customer service from landline (as I can’t use mobile) but end up holding for too long.  I’m trying to work from home and am missing important calls.

I'm very sorry to hear about this. Can you confirm when you had last had a new sim card? 

 

Have you been able to try the SIM card in another handset? 

 

When did you last reboot the handset?
