No Mobile Order in Account

Hello,

I made an order for an iPhone 14 and 30GB plan yesterday... I received the contract documents yesterday, but when I log into my account, there is no record of the order. The phone was supposed to be delivered today, but I do not have any tracking information to suggest that it has even been dispatched.

I am sorry your order is not appearing, did you sign and agree to all of the documents? Did you receive an email with your tracking number on there?

I have approved the documents but I have not received tracking info
