No London Underground 4G after move from Virgin EE to Virgin Vodafone

Hi, I've just updated my Virgin mobile contact. I've kept the old SIM. Now 4G on London Underground has stopped working. I've not changed SIM but am definitely on Virgin Vodafone now because I get moments of 5G. This is a big step backwards.

Does anyone know if this is an expected downgrade?

If it's 4G you are after this came out from Vodafone when they ceased to do WiFi on the Undreground. (I think you can still use that with Virgin)

We will still continue to supply 4G on the Jubilee line between North Greenwich and Westminster.

Seems elsewhere is not covered.
