I have dual sim, It was working fine but I tried to use another sim PAYG type, just inserted and never used but somehow it caused issue with VirginMedia 4G purpose sim.
I unsleclected otherPAYG sim and selected Virgin Media sim for all services but could not recover the settings. WiFi, Voice and txt are fine but no data. Tired of every thing, nothing works.
Customer services promised 3 times in a week to send text but nothing arrived. I asked me to type ALL and text it to the number 789922. Also tried various community posts suggestions., Twice did the Factory reset and saved all the setting advised by Virgin Media link
