Just arrived in Italy and I have no access to data. It's enabled on both my phone and my account. Text it's working fine.
I've had the settings from 789922 but this has made no difference.
Could I have some assistance please.

I am sorry you're having problems with roaming.
If you haven't already can you please try the following:-
Rebooting your handset
Turn off WiFi then try to connect to mobile data
Perform a manual network search
Please let us know how you get on with the above, if you're still having problems we can check thing's from our end

I've tried all those, I've tried rebooting my phone several times since I arrived in Italy.

A tweak at Virgins end and my data was sorted. 👍
