No Credit for Calls on Unlimited Minutes Contract

I have just moved from 02 to virgin.

Mobile data of the new plan is working without fault. So does texting.

However when I try to make an outbound call to an 07 number, it fails and says got no credit. I have an unlimited calls contract.

Could this tiresome issue please be sorted.
