No Caller ID

Hi,

I've got an issue where caller id only works intermittently.  Most of the time an incoming call just displays the caller's number, but not their name.  Sometimes it works just fine, though, even with the same saved contacts.

Phone is an iPhone SE Gen 2.

Any help would be appreciated!

Sorry to hear you have been having issues with your caller id intermittently. We can understand the frustration caused and we want to best help. Just to confirm, how long has this been ongoing? It's been going on for a few months - same device and sim.  Everything used to work fine.  I've tried toggling my call id on/off before, but it hasn't helped.

How strange @simoo.

Just to confirm do you get this with certain numbers or all numbers? As it is possible the person calling you has disabled the option to Show My Caller ID on the device he/she is using. Hence, the incoming caller name not showing.

It's all numbers - sometimes a given number will display correctly, but other times it won't.

Are you able to try removing your sim, rebooting your device, and reinserting your sim to see if the issue persists?
