hi for the past 2 weeks my phone has stopped having a 4g signal, I'm just getting the H+ signal if I'm not on WiFi. Can someone please help 🙏

I've checked status and coverage and all should be good for 4g but its just not getting it on my phones. Daughter has same phone and hers has 4g no probs

Go into Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks and just check the LTE (4G) is selected in Network Mode.
