4G is not working on my phone. I have carried out a factory reset and downloaded the internet access point settings from the Virgin support website but I don't have 4G available. Can you help me as I'm getting totally frustrated.

Trying the SIM in another handset?
switch to 3G to see if your connection is still working?
Login to your VM mobile account to see if all settings on your account are correct?
