No 4G

I have recently bought a new phone, Wily Fox swift 2, I also bought my wife one at the same time.

My wife's phone connected to 4G but mine won't  we both had Virgin 4G sim cards in old phones.

Mobile data is enabled and I have selected Virgin 4G in the network settings but it still won't connect 4G.

Any ideas anyone?

What happens when you swap the SIMs in the two phones?

Sounds like the APN settings have not been received on one of the phones

Swapped sim cards and mine worked on 4G and my wife's stopped so I'm guessing that the problem is with the sim card?
