I called virgin on Tuesday to find out about getting a second sim for my phone.
in the end I decided not to.
since then my phone hasn’t worked- it won’t pick up any 4G, so unless I have Wi-Fi it’s pretty useless. Won’t send or receive texts.
I’ve spent evenings since on their WhatsApp messaging service with no success and a helluva lot of frustration.
can anyone out there help?
It’s an iPhone SE.
