I have had my newly ported iPhone a few days now and it’s still not receiving calls or sms. I’ve been on with virgin for over 1 hour this am and still no resolution. Please can someone help?

Sorry to hear there have been difficulties since porting your number over to us and using an iPhone.
Can you please advise me if you've been able to update the phone number manually, under the settings on the handset for me?
