Since receiving and installing the new sim card I cannot access the internet via the mobile data.
I have tried the sim in another phone and it is the same.
I have tried sending a text 'ALL' to 789922 but never receive a reply.
APN settings you can enter manually.
Although it says Android the work on iPhone too

APN settings... however I could only get it to work with "Authentication Type: PAP" - not CHAP as below.
Internet APN.Name: WEBAPN: goto.virginmobile.ukMCC: 234MNC: 38Authentication Type: CHAPAPN Protocol: IPv4APN Roaming protocol: IPv4Leave all other options blank/Not set
