Have tried all of the suggested fixes.... turned the phone off and on dozens of times... none of it made a blind bit of difference. Rang customer service who asked me to call back tomorrow. I can tell you if this doesn’t get sorted soon, I'll be returning to my original supplier and cancel my contract with Virgin mobile. When I googled the issue there appear very similar ongoing problems similar to mine over the course of the past 10 (!!!) years. I'm concerned it takes Virgin a looking time to truly resolve technical problems sufficiently.
