Hi. I took out a new contract this week with a new phone etc and moved to 100gb of data but it is not showing on the mobile app? My old contract expires at the end of the month so do I need to wait for that one to end before I get the extra data?
Thanks for your post and welcome to the community forums. Also apologies for the delayed response. Mobile upgrades and tariff changes would take effect on your next billing cycle. So for example if you billing cycle is on the 1st of the month but you had done an upgrade or tariff change on the 15th, then it would not take effect until the first of the following month. Hope this made sense.
