I have received a new sim card as part of the Ultimate Oomph package but it won't work as I seem to have locked it. None of the unlock codes work so please could I get a new sim card?
Is it the card that is locked or is it the phone which is network locked. If it is the latter none of the codes will work.
Can you say where the phone was originally purchased if it was not from Virgin

Thanks for your reply. It's everything that's locked! All the card codes won't work and the network unlock codes (Vodafone) don't work either.
I think the only solution is to try a new card.

I am sorry to hear that you have had some issues with your SIM, could you possibly try the sim in another handset? Do you know if the sim card has been activated?

I have tried the SIM in another phone and it works! I'm a bit stuck now. Any advice please?
Thanks for coming back to us, it must be something with the phone itself as it did work in another phone, which phone do you have, is it from us and still in contract?
