New to Virgin Mobile

Hi, I have just joined Virgin Mobile (from Plusnet EE) & cannot get my phone up & running. I have inserted my SIM as instructed but there was no request for any codes. Nothing appears to be happening? I have not transferred my old number, it's just a straight forward brand new account. How do I "activate" my SIM ?

Hi @snapdragon1964 thanks for your post here, although we're sorry to hear of your concerns raised here.

We can't see any issues from our side here, but can you please elaborate on what error codes if any you're receiving, do you have phone signal?

Have you tried restarting your phone since inserting the SIM?

Hello, thanks for your response. I phoned Virgin today and apparently the Sim was actually already active straight away! So, problem solved but thanks anyway 🙂👍
