New sims don't work for Huawei mobile WiFis

I've received new sims for my 2 Huawei mobile WiFis, but they don't work. I have tried to find an answer through Virgin's help pages but there is nothing related to these devices, despite the fact that they were provided by Virgin Mobile in the first place. Does anybody know how I can get to talk to anybody about this? I don't have a Virgin phone to call them from.
