New sim

I’ve been sent email saying a new sim has been sent out. I didn’t order one. I checked my bill and I can see charges but I don’t know what for.

Please Help.

Welcome to the community. 

Sorry to hear about your concerns over a new Sim being sent. We are currently in the process of moving all of our customers over to the O2 network. In some cases this requires that we send out a new Sim to enable this. 

If you are still concerned we can certainly look into this further for you to confirm the details.

Thanks for fast reply. Yes please can you check as I only got sent a sun a few weeks ago. Can you check charges on account also please. Thanks
