I’ve been sent email saying a new sim has been sent out. I didn’t order one. I checked my bill and I can see charges but I don’t know what for.
Please Help.

Sorry to hear about your concerns over a new Sim being sent. We are currently in the process of moving all of our customers over to the O2 network. In some cases this requires that we send out a new Sim to enable this.
If you are still concerned we can certainly look into this further for you to confirm the details.
