I have a samsung galaxy a12 and my new sim is not registering onto the network. I have changed sim ports, rebotted multiple times, waited, searched for a new network however it still is not working. I can not make or receive calls or texts.

Sorry to hear of the difficulties you've been having with the new SIM card. Is it possible to try inserting the SIM card into a different handset to see if the SIM card can be activated (if it's not already) and use the calls, texts and data services?
Have you possible tried using the handset in a different location? There is a possibility the installing of the new SIM card falls in line with a faulty mast close to your home.
