New sim

I have not received a new sim card. I have asked Virgin 3 time for a new one and are still waiting.

This seems to be a very big problem. This is more than inconvenient it is a danger as I have no phone and have to communicate via e mail. If Virgin cannot supply a sim card I will have to change suppliers soon.
