New sim

Hi can anyone help me as I have had texts from virgin telling me to swap my sim but I have not received a new sim and now my phone is barred I can’t make calls or send texts and there is no way to get in touch with Virgin and I have 2 brothers with health issues, one with dementia and now I can’t contact anyone if I need help. 
I am so stressed and annoyed that Virgin have done this in the middle of a pandemic

I'll pop you over a private message so we can take a look into this, can we please confirm if you've checked that your address is up to date on your online account as this would be where the SIM card was sent to.
