New sim

Despite receiving letters and text messages to insert my new sim... I HAVENT GOT ONE TO PUT IN....!!!!! IVE TRIED CALLING, MESSAGES, INSTORE SOCIAL MEDIA. BUT CAN NOT GET ANYONE TO SORT THIS OUT.. I HAVE NO PHONE SERVICE AND NEED A PHONE BECAUSE OF MEDICAL ISSUES.. PLEASE CAN YOU SEND ME A NEW SIM ASAP PLEASE

Welcome to our Community and thanks so much for your first post - I was sorry to understand that you've not yet received your new SIM under our SIM Migration we are currently undertaking. 

 

We can indeed arrange for a new SIM to be posted out to you; In order to arrange this, I'll pop you a Private Message so we can go through security and assist you further. Please look out for the Purple Envelope and pop me a reply when you can.
