New sim

Hi my elderly relative had received a new sim but her old Nokia is not supported for this. Trying to ring Virgin is proving difficult as she needs my help and I only see her once a week. She does not want a smart phone as she cannot use them. She is nearly 80! She is worried they are going to switch the old sim off leaving her with no phone which she had £72 in credit on. Can anyone help pls?

I'm sorry that your elderly relative is having some problems with the new sim and their current handset.

Sorry you've not had a personal message 

I can see that one was sent on Friday straight away by Mel. 

Are you able to go into your messages and double check, or check your emails which will advise where the message is? 

 

You should also see a purple envelope in the right hand corner 🙂

If you still can't see it let us know.
