I purchased a contract in April. I have received the phone but never received a new sim. I am. Currently using a giffgaff sim whilst also paying for a contract sim I can't use. Could a new sim be posted out to me urgently?

I am really unsure as to why this didn't come with the phone, in the same packaging? I apologise that this wasn't the case, have you not been able to contact our team over the phone to discuss why this didn't come since April?
