New sim

I got a new sim a couple of days ago my old sim was scratched and so wouldn't work.

To activate my new sim I need to text from my old sim but I can't access services from that sim.

How do I activate my sim?

If you don't have access to your old SIM than Virgin can activate once you've cleared account security

You can call on 0345 6000 789 from any landline or 150 from a Virgin home phone.

Hello Mm4,

Thanks for using the forums to get this issue looked into with your new SIM card. Going off Ben's advice were you able to contact another team about this?
