I recieved a message on my pay as you go phone asking me to order a new sim. But the link is not working? How do I order a new sim please? Text sent but virtual assistant keeps sending me wrong messages?
Welcome to our community and thanks for posting. Sorry to hear you've had difficulty trying to get a new sim card ordered, there are a couple of ways this can be done.
You can either call our team on 789/0345 600 0789 and they can arrange this for you or we will happily order a new sim card through this forum.
If you would like us to order a sim card we will pop you over a private message and go through security with you.
As its been a short while since your last post please let us know if you have ordered the sim card or you still require assistance.
