I have just joined virgin on a sim only contract. I put the sim in on Wednesday night before I went to bed and it still hasn't connected to the network.
Welcome to our community and thanks for posting. Sorry to hear you have no connection to our mobile network, can we ask what make and model your handset is?
Have you been able to try the sim card in another handset at all? Have you rebooted your handset? Do you have any error message?
