I haven’t been able to make calls since I inserted my new SIM card several weeks ago. I was in the process of sorting it through instant messaging, going through security checks when the person stopped responding. I am beyond frustrated having tried several fixes. Please help! Obviously can’t call for help from Virgin. Causing all kinds of problems.
I have a Samsung Galaxy S8 and have read that Virgin are sending replacement phones. I’m missing hospital appointments as a result, that I’ve waited months for. I know VM is busy because of this issue but really need some help from a customer service person!
