Have new sim for my virgin media bundle inserted sim 24 hours ago and still no signal just emergency calls only please help as I need to connect urgently

Welcome to our community and thanks for posting. Sorry to hear that you have no connection on your mobile when you have inserted your new sim card.
May we ask if you have rebooted the handset and tried an manual network search? Are you able to receive calls and text on the handset at all?
