My new mobile sim will not work despite waiting 24 hours to activate. I have followed all the online steps and tried the sim in other phones. It just says no service.

As you've tried it in other phones and you're still having the same issue it sounds like the SIM might not have activated correctly, no worries though we can have a closer look from here.
