New sim won't connect to network

Hi,

I have started a new contract with virgin, however my sim card doesn't work and I have found it impossible to contact Virgin at all.  I have no landline to call and there is seemingly no way to solve this issue online.  I have paid for weeks of the contract already with no service whatsoever, this is shocking customer service and very frustrating.  I cannot even find my way onto the live chat that Virgin used to offer. 

Please help!

Thanks for your post and sorry to hear about the Sim card not working 

Have you been able to get this sorted yet?

What error messages are you getting and have you tried this in another handset

If not, I have sent you a private message to gain account access
