New sim sent for another number

I have been sent 2 letters , a new SIM card and email about changing my SIM card but it is not my phone number , even though the other account details are correct - it is for a Pay as you go number , mine is Sim contract on a different number ( 1 digit different) . I have tried unsuccessfully to contact Virgin .

Sorry to see there has been some confusion caused over the sending of the SIM card and the number that's been issued on the letter.
