New sim not working

Hi I’ve just been installed yesterday for virgin broadband and phone. I signed up for a deal where I got a free sim in with it. We’ve had the sim a few weeks now and have it in my daughters phone. I thought it would start working after install but still no joy. Do I need to register it?

The Oomph SIM cards need a separate account setting up in Virgin Mobile before they will work. 

You will also need to set up a separate Direct Debit to cover any out of bundle charges.
