So what happens to your old phone from virgin and old sim when the new sim doesn't work in the phone ? Where does the old credit on old sim go..why is virgin making us buy a new phone ? Can't reach anyone on telephone. This is crazy..

The credit would be on the new SIM, we're migrating our network and as such customers will need a new SIM to continue using services on our network.
If the new SIM doesn't work in the handset and the unlock code does not work, then we can supply a new handset free of charge for you to use.
