New sim not working

I've just joined virgin mobile contract  and recieved my phone on Friday. I've been trying to activate my sim but it just says

sim 1 not provisioned.

Any idea how I can get my phone working

I'm very sorry to hear this. The sim should be active upon arrival. 

 

Has there been any change since your post?
