New sim not working

Got my new purple sim card  swoped it over yesterday done everything that was said in the letter and now have no working sim card or phone , can someone please tell me why there is a problem when my old sim card has been working fine. Thank you

Sorry to hear you're having some issues with the new SIM. Have you been able to get this sorted since your post on Wednesday?

 

Did you do the activation while the old SIM was in the phone?

Hi ,I did everything that was put on the letter that came with it before switch it over  to new sim ,  I had service for a few hrs yesterday and now I don't have any again

Hi Happypup,

 

Thanks for replying, can you clarify if your handset is showing signal bars or is it showing any error/messages. Are you able perform a manual network search on your handset?

I can't do a manual network search on my phone and there's no signal bars or messages , so I'm not sure what I can do or is going off  thanks

Are you able to provide me with the make/model of you handset and then we can go through the steps of how to do a manual network search? With iPhones, you may have to do a reset of the network settings, the menu flow should be something like this: Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
