New sim not registering on s21 ultra

Hi.

I've recently joined virgin mobile and received my new Samsung s21 ultra on Friday. I inserted the sim and I keep getting not registered on network messages when I try to make a call. I've tried searching for network manually and when I choose virgin it says this sim is not able to do that. Can someone please get in contact or I will send the phone back and cancel my contract and I will stick with ee.
