I had a text and email from Virgin on the 4/10 to say a new sim was being sent to me, I assume because of network changes.
I have not yet received the new sim and received a text yesterday to say I had 7 days to change over my sim. Today it seems my network has been completely cut off. I need to receive the new sim urgently as right now I can’t use my phone…
