Help, just waited on phone to have an answer, cut off after just over an hour. If I continue to have to spend so much time on trying to sort this out will switch providers. Realise you're busy but this is frustrating. New sim card problem. Told have to change. Sent SWITCH to 789225 as per letter. No info back. Phone not receiving texts from you as also tried to reset password and text not received. How can I change to new sim card? Tried just putting it in but no info comes up and not receiving any messages or phone calls so moved back to old sim.
