Following signing up for a new contract I’ve received a new sim.
As per instructions I texted Ready to 789678 and awaited the text telling me to swap the sim.
nothing arrived and I now have ‘no service’ displayed.
ive rebooted the phone and still now service after 15 mins.
what should I do next?
So - I fixed it!
Instead of waiting for the go ahead text, I turned my phone off, swapped to the new sim and turned it back on and - I have service! No pin required
I’ve also had the go ahead text now 🙄
