My elderly uncle received his new sim yesterday. We set it up according to the instructions. However it wouldn't accept the 7890 code or his PUK code. He doesn't have an online account and to set one up it says a code would be text to him. However we can't get on his phone. A permanent screen saying "contact service provider" covers his screen. We also can't ring his phone from our phones. We need help as he is too worried to go out alone in his car without taking his mobile incase he needs us.
