New sim in my name - not me

I've just received a notification to my mobile number to say another account has been set up in my name , however I am not with virgin to begin with , can someone please help

Could you post a screenshot of the text you received please so we can figure out whether it's a scam text?

I've tried to search for any recently opened accounts in your name on my side using your forum information, but nothing came back.
