New sim card

Hello. I recently lost my phone and don’t know my log in details so I can’t get the verification code to log in to order myself the new SIM card. So I’m stuck at the moment. How else can I order the SIM card.

I am very sorry to hear that you've recently lost your mobile handset and SIM card and are struggling to order a new one. I can certainly look into this for you, along with looking at blacklisting your lost handset and/or SIM card too if this hasn't already been done.
