I recently took out a sim only contract with virgin mobile
As i required to unlock my present phone from EE network , i used the new sim card
The new sim card now will not work in the phone giving a no service status.
If i have used the new sim to unlock the phone,
should it still work in the unlocked phone ?
I already gave virginmedia my PAC code when i took out the contract so i could port my number over.
So why does the instructions with the new sim tell me to telephone 789 with my PAC code ?
I cannot phone as am speech impaired .
So am still paying 2 mobile phone contracts.
There isnt any option i can find for ordering a new sim card
Hope someone can help
PennyMia welcome and afternoon to you.
Firstly have you actually activated you sim card. Details on how to do this would of been included with the sim card.
If your paid for you EE device to be unlocked and your sure its been unlocked, then Virgin sim card's should work with said device.
