New sim card received. Inserted into mobile and screen showed "Contact Service Provider". (If only I could). Now says "Enter Subsidy Pass..." where does that come from. Anyone have a phone number where I might hopefully talk to a real person.
Your phone is Network Locked and will need an Unlocking Code.
If the phone was purchased through Virgin it may be printed on the letter.
