My grandmother has received a new Sim card for her phone due to the once she had being discontinued soon.
Following the instructions we put the code 7890 in and it does not work stating now locked.
We cannot get hold of anyone from virgin mobile to help. Her old sim card now doesn't work. She needs her mobile phone for emergencies and has no way of contacting anyone.
Her phone is A Samsung GT6C3630.
Any suggestions before we make a large complaint?
