New sim card still not received

Morning all.

Over the last month i have been receiving constant text messages telling me that i must replace my old sim with the new sim or else my service will be stopped.

The only problem with that is that I have never received a new sim card.

The other problem is that my phone is over twenty years old.

I have got 14 days before it is being cut off.

Your help in sorting this problem would be greatly appreciated
